🚚 How we deliver

All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery. You'll receive a tracking notification by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day.

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

📦 How we pack

Every order is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Banners and posters are rolled and protected. Business cards and flyers are boxed securely.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@printingcentral.co.uk — we'll sort it out straight away.

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition — and if it doesn't, we'll make it right.

Prefer to collect? You're welcome to pick up your order from our Denton facility, free of charge. Simply select "Collection — Free" at checkout.

We'll email you when your order is ready. Please don't travel until you've received your ready notification.

To ensure your print looks its best, please supply artwork to these specifications:

✅ Supply at print size

✅ 3mm bleed on all sides

✅ 150dpi minimum resolution

✅ CMYK colour mode

✅ PDF, AI, EPS or PSD

✅ High-res JPG or PNG

Delivery FAQs

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is £6.99 flat rate to UK mainland addresses. Collection from our Denton facility is always free. Express options add a percentage to your order total.

What's the cut-off time for same day dispatch?

Orders placed and paid before 2pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders after 2pm are processed the next working day.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands?

Please contact us before ordering if you're in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands — delivery may take longer and additional charges may apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and contact us at info@printingcentral.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@printingcentral.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address.
