No account needed! You can order as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and view your order history easily.

Yes! On every product page there's a "Enter a custom size" button where you can type in any width and height in mm, cm, metres, feet or inches. You'll get an instant price for your exact size.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay where supported by your browser.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@printingcentral.co.uk if you need to change or cancel. We can usually make changes if your order hasn't gone to print yet. Once printing has started we're unable to make changes.

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS and PSD files. PDF is the recommended format as it preserves fonts and layout perfectly.

Yes — every single file is checked by our team before it goes to print. If there's anything wrong with your artwork we'll contact you before printing, so you never have to worry about wasting money on a bad print.

No problem! You can place your order and email your artwork later to info@printingcentral.co.uk with your order number. We won't start printing until we have your file. Alternatively, add our Professional Design Service to your order and our designers will create your artwork for you.

For £14.99 our designers will create your artwork from scratch. After ordering, a designer will contact you to discuss your requirements. The service includes up to 2 revision rounds to make sure you're happy before we print.

If an image looks blurry on your screen when zoomed in, it may not print well. Send it to us anyway and our team will check it. We'll let you know if there's a quality issue before printing.

Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.99 flat rate regardless of order size. Collection from our Denton, Manchester facility is always free.

We offer Standard (5-7 working days), Express 3-4 day, Express 48hr and Express 24hr delivery options. Simply choose your required delivery date on the product page calendar when ordering.

Yes! Free collection is available from Unit 2C, Phoenix House, Denton, Manchester, M34 3NQ. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

Currently we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. For Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland please contact us first as delivery times and costs may vary.

Please photograph the damage and contact us at info@printingcentral.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Our vinyl banners are printed on premium 510gsm PVC vinyl — fully weatherproof and UV-resistant. Mesh banners are printed on breathable 340gsm PVC mesh, ideal for windy locations like scaffolding and fencing.

Yes! All vinyl and mesh banners include eyelets as standard at no extra charge. You can choose the eyelet configuration (4 corners, every 50cm etc.) on the product page.

Yes! There are no minimum order quantities on banners and posters. Order as little as 1 unit.

Yes — bulk discounts are automatically applied for larger quantities, especially on business cards and flyers. The price per unit decreases as quantity increases, shown clearly on the product page.
