Mesh banner printing in Manchester and across the UK
Mesh banners are built for the places a solid banner struggles: scaffolding, construction fencing, sports grounds and any exposed outdoor site where wind is a problem. We print them in-house at our Denton unit in Greater Manchester on 340gsm coated PVC mesh, a tear-resistant, breathable material full of tiny holes that let the wind pass straight through.
Why choose mesh over vinyl?
A solid banner acts like a sail. In strong wind it puts heavy load on the fixings, the fence and the structure it is attached to, and can tear or rip out its eyelets. A mesh banner reduces that wind loading significantly, which makes it the safer, longer-lasting choice for large banners and windy locations. From a normal viewing distance the print still reads as a solid, full-colour image. For indoor use, close-up viewing or very fine detail, a vinyl banner gives a crisper result.

Finishing and fixing
Eyelets are included so your banner is ready to fix with cable ties or bungees. For large banners on scaffolding or fencing, fix through every eyelet and keep the banner taut; a loose banner flaps and wears faster, even in mesh.
Artwork tips for mesh
Because mesh has small perforations, bold designs work best: large text, strong colour contrast and simple logos. Very small text or fine lines can lose detail. We deliver to UK mainland addresses with standard delivery at £6.99, plus express options for 3–4 day, 48 hour and 24 hour print and dispatch. Contractors and site managers in Manchester, Stockport and Tameside can collect free from Unit 2C, Phoenix House, Denton, M34 3NQ, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
