An A1 Foamex board is typically used for reception and feature wall signs, exhibition stand panels and large menu and price boards. Its smooth, solid surface looks sharp up close, which is why Foamex suits indoor and sheltered signs.

How much text fits on an A1 Foamex board?

For a sign read from 5 metres, letters need to be about 42mm tall, which gives roughly 30 characters per line across a landscape A1 board. Read from 10 metres, letters need to be about 83mm tall, roughly 15 characters per line. Keep the message short and bold.
